Life Change Psychotherapy is actively looking for a full-time psychotherapist and a part-time psychotherapist to join its emotionally focused therapy practice. Our “perfect fits” will have an interpersonal, heart-centered style, be empathic, have an ear for the unconscious and want to work with individual adults and couples
These are independent contractor positions and require independent New Mexico licenses (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, Ph.D., Psy.D.). Applicants must also carry their own malpractice insurance. Compensation is competitive, with an hourly potential of $60-$70. (Weekend differential available for Saturday hours.). Full-time caseload is 25-27 patients per week. Part-time caseload is 15-17 patients per week.
We strongly prefer sessions be conducted in-person but do have a protected online platform available for those patients who require teletherapy.
Caseload will be a mix of individual adults and couples. Life Change primarily uses the Emotionally Focused Therapy modality for its couples work, and will provide EFT training as needed. For more information on EFT, visit https://lifechangetherapy.net/service/couples-therapy/
