Sometimes a group provides the right dynamic for therapy to progress, when aided by a skillful group leader and honest sharing by other group members. A variety of group therapy experiences may be available to Life Change Psychotherapy clients throughout the year. During an assessment appointment, our skillful therapists will talk with you to determine your needs and whether any of our group opportunities are right for you.
