As a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with adults and couples who are looking for greater connection, deeper self-understanding and meaningful change.
Whether you’re feeling stuck in old patterns, struggling in your relationships, processing difficult life experiences, or simply trying to better understand yourself, I strive to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are.
My primary approach is Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I also integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), attachment-based interventions, mindfulness practices, trauma-informed approaches, psychodynamic therapy, and body awareness techniques. I am
especially fascinated by how our early relationships shape the ways we relate to ourselves and others throughout our lives.
While I enjoy working with adults in individual therapy, I have a particular passion for
working with couples. There is something deeply rewarding about helping two people move from feeling disconnected, misunderstood or hurt toward greater understanding, empathy and closeness. I feel honored to help partners strengthen their relationships and create
new ways of connecting with one another.
My therapy style is warm, collaborative, and authentic. I don’t believe therapy has to feel cold or intimidating. Some sessions may involve tears, some may involve laughter, and many involve both. It is truly a privilege to be invited into people’s stories, and I would be honored to be part of your journey.
