Lisa is both a Licensed Professional Art Therapist and a Licensed Clinical Counselor. She helps people identify self-defeating patterns and unlock their gifts and inner resources. Lisa uses a variety of approaches, including talk therapy, art therapy and sand tray therapy, finding that some non-traditional therapies delve more quickly into what lies below the surface of conscious awareness.
Lisa’s warmth, compassion, and skill provide a safe place for positive growth and emotional healing. She finds that as answers and insights emerge, people feel more self-acceptance, empowering them to make healthier choices. They learn to communicate more effectively, reduce their suffering, restore balance, engage in satisfying relationships, find purpose and meaning, and are open to live life with increased self-esteem, health, joy, love and creativity.
Psychotherapy is a very personal process and takes courage and dedication to be successful. Lisa honors the privilege to be of assistance.
