Maura Kuszmaul has been a psychology intern at Life Change Psychotherapy Institute since 2022. She is currently an undergraduate at Regis University in Denver, CO, in psychology and religious studies. She is also working with the University of Colorado Health Long COVID unit, providing social-emotional care for patients and their family members.
At Life Change Psychotherapy, she collaborates with and supports the therapists and staff. Duties have included answering phones, filling out new client intakes, providing referral information, medical records organization and creating website content. In 2024, she also created and facilitated a free college peer support circle called “Young Women Unite.” This was a confidential space for young women to discuss concerns and develop skills to flourish in college.
