My journey as a therapist is built on a rich tapestry of experiences working with people of all ages and from diverse backgrounds. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of serving as a coach, teacher, therapist, mother and friend, both in the U.S. and in various cross-cultural settings. These roles have given me a deep understanding of the complexities and unique challenges we face at different stages of life and in different cultural contexts. For the past three years, I’ve dedicated myself to relational attachment therapy, trauma work, and the essential practice of self-discovery.
Healing is deeply personal, and it’s always an honor to walk alongside my clients and they navigate their discovery and restorative processes. I welcome and respect your spiritual practices, religious beliefs, cultural frameworks, LBGTQ identities and personal narratives. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore these aspects of yourself and find insight, healing and the therapeutic connection you seek. I look forward to being with you on this journey.
